The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. The location of this place was very convenient and the bed here was really comfortable, with plenty of nearby options for dining, such as McDonald's and Outback Steakhouse.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Burlington for a weekend getaway. The king suite with a separate bedroom provided the privacy I needed from the kids. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and polite, and the breakfast in the morning had a good variety of options. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the breakfast menu. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

had a great stay at a lovely hotel in burlington! tia at the front desk was incredibly helpful during check-in. the breakfast was amazing, not your typical continental. the room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. loved the keurig in the room and had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. will definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is great, as it is in the Skagit Valley and close to all local sites. The breakfast area is well-organized and the hot breakfast options are delicious. Additionally, the pool has a temperature of luke warm, which may not be ideal for some, but it is still enjoyable.

The bathroom seems to have some water damage and mold, which can be a concern for some guests.

Comfortable room and location. Booked for the area, room look, and pool. King suite with separate bedroom for privacy. Comfy bed, but sofa sleeper was uncomfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

HD TV actually had HD reception!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff here are all great. The hotel exceeded our expectations and was spotless. The price was amazing. The location was perfect, close to all the local sites in the Skagit Valley. It was also conveniently located near a very nice restaurant in town. Additionally, we were pleased with the hotel's proximity to the San Juan Islands ferry in Anacortes and the border crossing into Canada. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including fruit, muffins, bagels, cereal, pastries, waffles, yogurt, juice, milk, tea, and fresh coffee. There were also butter, jam/jelly, cream, and sugar available. The check-in and check-out processes were professionally handled and easy.

Staff were so friendly & accommodating!

Comfortable stay, clean rooms, and helpful staff. We appreciated the convenience of ordering takeout and using the breakfast area for group meetings. Despite occasional train noise, the rest of our group didn't hear it. The lobby snacks were a nice touch.

The bed was comfy, shower pressure excellent, free cookies yummy, lobby and breakfast area updated and nice, room clean and quiet, breakfast well-stocked, king suite provided privacy, separate bedroom was a plus, bed in the suite was comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

As soon as I arrived, the hotel's superb location made it very easy to locate. I appreciated the abundance of parking spaces provided on-site, and it gave me peace of mind knowing my vehicle was safe. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went the extra mile to make me feel at home. The complementary cookies and coffee were a delightful bonus. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive and the facilities were well maintained. The breakfast served every morning was beyond my expectations and was the perfect way to start my day.
